Welcome to The Lakehouse. By entering this space, browsing, purchasing, or engaging with our prints and offerings, you agree to the terms below. These Terms & Conditions exist to protect both your experience and ours, and to create a sense of clarity around how we operate.

This website is operated by Marisol Finch Lakehouse. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Marisol Finch Lakehouse. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Products & Availability

Each art print is created with care and may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue a product at any time, without notice. Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on screen calibration and paper type.

We do our best to represent each piece faithfully, but the final print may contain slight natural variation, part of the charm of physical art.

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices are listed in either GBP (£) or USD ($) depending on your region or preference. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by country.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though such changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our secure checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation with order details shortly after purchase.

We accept most major credit/debit cards and secure payment options (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). All transactions are encrypted and handled by trusted third-party providers.

5. Shipping

We ship globally from partner studios in the UK and the US to reduce transit time and environmental impact.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs, local disruptions, or courier constraints.

Please note: additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel at home with your piece. If your order arrives damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@thelakehouse.studio, with a photo and description of the issue.

Because our items are often made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we’re always open to kind conversation and will do our best to resolve any concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including artwork, text, design elements, and images, is the property of The Lakehouse Studio and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of The Lakehouse without express written permission.

8. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We treat your data as we do our guests, with care, protection, and full respect for your boundaries.
